THE ROOST COLLECTIVE provides custom‑printed apparel and accessories made to order through our production partner, Printify. By using our site, you agree to comply with all policies listed on this website, including our Return & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and Shipping Policy.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time.

2. Ordering & Fulfillment

All products are made‑to‑order. Once an order is placed, it immediately enters production and cannot be canceled or modified.

Production and shipping times are estimates and may vary based on Printify’s fulfillment partners.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Payment must be completed at checkout. Orders will not be processed without successful payment.

4. Shipping

Shipping times depend on Printify’s fulfillment network and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

THE ROOST COLLECTIVE is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5. Returns & Replacements

Because all items are custom‑printed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

We offer replacements for items that arrive damaged, misprinted, or defective. To request a replacement, email us at:

Approved claims will be replaced at no cost to you.
